When I run the fglam-init-script as a non-root user with sudo access on AIX 5.3 I receive an erro (4261461)

QUESTION: When I run the fglam-init-script as a non-root user with sudo access from the user's home directory on AIX 5.3 I receive the following error. When I navigate out of the home directory of the non-root user then I can run the fglam-init-script successfully - why?
