When the alarm settings for a database are disabled using Database | Settings | Administration | Alarms, alarms continue to be fired from the database agents or alarms are not fired when the rule is enabled in Rules Management and the alarm is enabled in the template.
The database agent referenced two difference instances topology data.
When configuring the alarm the system used the old instance's data id to create the registry entries. This caused the alarm to fire.
