Resolution
Foglight can communication with cloud based hosts including virtual machines and databases, in cloud environments including AWS and Azure. The URLs are configured by the user in the Foglight UI and are available from the cloud provider.
Foglight and Foglight Evolve will contact usage.foglight.com if usage feedback was enabled.
Foglight and Foglight Evolve will contact api.licenseportal.com and/or msp-api.licenseportal.com for license validation and QorePortal integration for Foglight Evolve.
Foglight Evolve may connect to cloud.foglight.com to download updated data necessary for Cloud Migration features.Other integration features (e.g. ServiceNow, PagerDuty, LDAP authentication, etc.) will need to connect to external services, but these need to be enabled manually.
