Description
Cannot create an Oracle database agent using a Foglight Agent Manager is Ubuntu.
Failed to establish a Oracle JDBC connection protocol to Host [HOSTNAME-INSTANCENAME], user account [USERNAME] . Reason : [ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1ORA-01882: timezone region not foundProfile:OracleProfile{host='HOSTNAME', service='INSTANCENAME', username='USERNAME', asSysDBA=false, ports='1521', useSSL=false}]. . [Oracle Error Code = 604. SQL state : 60000]
If restarting the fglam with cmd: ./fglam -Doracle.jdbc.timezoneAsRegion=false, the database agent can be created normally.

Resolution
WORKAROUND
Launch the FglAM to deploy the database agent with the following option in the command line or as a vm.parameter in the baseline.jvmargs.config file.
fglam.exe -Doracle.jdbc.timezoneAsRegion=falseSTATUS
