Can the FMS licence be used for a fresh install of a FMS on a different environment to replace the existing FMS?

Resolution
Yes, if the same hostname is used then it can be done using the existing FMS UI through Administration->License
Choiose the option to export the the old machine's license and import the generated file to the new machine using the same tool on the new FMS.
