NMS/FMS device integration display status -
Description
A device is down on the NMS Studio but spinners and display on FMS appear normal but 'no data' is displayed. -
Cause
FMS only displays the CPU/Memory/Disk/Network/Alert DATA from NMS. If no data is coming in due to a down device, then FMS displays no extra status. Spinners will remain green without animation.
The device information will only include Host Name, IP, Site Name, OS and Role.

Resolution
There is no work around. The integration is working as designed.
