When creating a RAC OneNode agent the naming standard used for Naming the agent is generally {hostname of the node configured}-{instance name of data when configured}.
This is okay until a planned or unplanned failover occurs and the node and instance name changes.
For example, when monitoring a RacOneNode database using a one host node1 with an instancename DB_1 Foglight creates the agent name of node1-DB_1.
If the user migrates this to a new node and instance, Foglight retains this name and it no longer matches.
This can create confusion in the UI.
