What is the rule "Agent Manager Last Submission Time" for?
The 5.7.5.8 FMS release introduced the rule "Agent Manager Last Submission Time".
It triggers when a FglAm has only one agent and this type of agent does not regularly submit data within a 30 minute timeframe.
Provides a view of that specific FglAM instance about if it is continuing submitting data. This is useful in some circumstances that a FglAM is connected but not submitting data. The reasons can be varied, such as message cache full or agents not submitting data for some unexpected reasons(the case aforementioned). This alarm raises the customer attention to check their FglAM about the reasons.
The 5.9.2 FMS release includes Registry Variable "Excluded_Agent_Types_of_Agent_Manager_Last_Submission_Time_Rule" which Agent types that are excluded from Agent Manager Last Submission Time Rule. To modify the variable follow the steps below:
