Unable to activate any Infrastructure agents. WindowsAgents and UnixAgents show as Broken in Agent Status. (4249420)

Unable to activate any Infrastructure agents. WindowsAgents and UnixAgents show as Broken in Agent Status.

Host Agents are unable to activate/enable in Agent Status dashboard.

The following error is captured in the Windows Agent Manager log:

    at com.quest.remoteos.WindowsAgentPropertyWrapper.getTopCpuCount(WindowsAgentPropertyWrapper.java:90)

or something similar in Unix Agent Manager log

Attempting to look at the agent properties, there appear to be "No properties for this agent type".
