This is a known defect request in Foglight referenced by Tracking ID VM-3290 -
Resolution
Defect ID VM-3290 has been fixed on Foglight for Virtualization 8.5.In VMware cartridge 5.7.1

Alternate Workarounds:A. Attached groovy file FindHostWithDupUUID provides the script and steps to run it.
1) Paste this script into the script editor.2) Save and Run3) A list will be returned in CSV format in the output window.4) Copy this into any text editor and save as .csv5) Open in Excel6) Output headers are "UUID,MOR,VM Name,Host Name,Last Updated"

B. Another way to fix it is by going under Vmware Environment │ Optimizer │ Configurationand find all affected Virtual Machines due to duplicate UUID, there is an option to fix it from that window.
