A new database agent cannot be installed due to an error "unknown host".
An error similar to the following may be encountered.

or an alarm similar to the following is fired

CAUSE 1
The FglAM cannot resolve the hostname used in the database agent installer
CAUSE 2
(for Oracle) The listener is not running on the monitored host
CAUSE 3
(for Oracle) The Oracle port specified in the installer is incorrect or blocked.

Retry adding the new database agent using the DB agent installer or activating the database agent
RESOLUTION 2
Confirm that the Oracle listener is running on the monitored host
RESOLUTION 3
Confirm that the port is correct in the installer and is not blocked.
