Custom time range not working for reports after upgrading to Foglight 7.1 (4374847)

After upgrading to Foglight 7.1, reports are not working correctly when using a custom time frame to run a report.

When using the Custom time range option, choosing the From and To date/time ranges and then Set.

The time rage will be set to All Time instead of Custom.

The following error is present on the Foglight Management Server log:

The same problem is present under the AUI Console, Classic Web Console and different report templates.

Issue fixed in version 7.1.3. The latest version of Foglight can be be downloaded here.
