Support for customized values in Foglight trap actions (4228912)

STATUS

Enhancement FGLCM-265 was opened to support customized values in Foglight trap actions and has been included in the 5.9.8 and higher releases of the Foglight Management Server.

The Send SNMP Trap Action parameters VarBind01OID to VarBind10OID and VarBind01Value to VarBind10Value can be used to specify custom OIDs and values to be sent in the SNMP trap.

For example:

• VarBind01OID=1.3.6.1.4.1.7572.1.4.100
• VarBind01Value= value1
• VarBind03OID=1.3.6.1.4.1.7572.1.4.200
• VarBind03Value= value3
• VarBind10OID=1.3.6.1.4.1.7572.1.4.300
• VarBind10Value= value10

Note: Both the OID and related Value need to be configured for it to be included in the SNMP trap message.
