When using the Schema Compare wizard, the generated synchronization script leaves out the "GO" statement between the "SET QUOTED_IDENTIFIER ON" and "CREATE PROCEDURE" or "CREATE FUNCTION" statements.

Add the "GO" statement and execute the script synchronization again as follows:
