I am getting the errors when launching Schema Compare.
I reviewed solution

It states to replace ,\s*\</Host> with </Host>.
However, I am still getting the error.
My Connections.xml includes the following:
<Host>WRCHA61246.bankofamerica.com, 15001 (CORP\nbk2xqz)</Host>
WORKAROUND:
Remove the DOMAIN\user (in this case, CORP\nbk2xqz).
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
