After a couple of copy/paste Toad gives a "cannot open clipboard" error and won't copy anything.
This error occurs irrespective of the database version or which database OS it is connected to. Within couple of copy, paste operations this error pops up and won't let user copy anything within toad unless user restarts toad.
Restart of Toad fixes this error but takes away valuable time. With other applications, copy and paste works without any issue.
When user tries to cut and paste from the Editor or Schema Browser, it caused TOAD to shut down.
