The "Sync Script" created after comparing tables is sorted incorrectly placing the Index creation script ahead of the materialized view statements. The script will execute successfully, but result in missing table errors.

STATUS:
This issue was fixed in Toad for Oracle 9.0. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded at: http://support.quest.com/support_download/Downloads.asp
