Every time a change is made to the Toad options, getting the screem popup " My Toad Monitor - Initial Setup Do you use a proxy server to access the Internet? If you are unsure, choose no".
Resolución

Please follow the steps below to fix this issue:
1. Launch Toad
2. Go to the menu View | Toad Options | Online
3. In the left hand side under MyToad Monitor, please uncheck the two option below:
Enable MyToad
Enable user files syncing
4. Hit Apply and OK.
