About Roles |
A Role is a set of privileges that can be assigned to or removed from a user. (Use the User Editor to create and grant or revoke roles and privileges to users.) The characteristics and usage of this database object are described in Oracle documentation. |
To edit roles:
Query the Oracle Data Dictionary with DBA Views. For more information, see DBA Dictionary Views.

From DB Navigator Right click on a Role object and click Open. |
