This alarm is raised when the Predictive Diagnostics SQL collector for this connection is not running.
Use Predictive Diagnostics - View | Options to schedule the collection of data.
The SQL collector gathers information on SQL statements ("degrading SQL") whose performance may not scale adequately in the future as data volumes and SQL execution rates increase.
Note: The SQL Collector alarm indicates only when the data collection for SQL statements is disabled (set to zero). It does not indicate whether the Oracle job used to collect SQL statement data is broken.
