Native tools for OCS

The following table identifies the management tools available for your OCS 2007 or OCS 2007 R2 servers:

OCS Administrator Console

Allows you to configure your OCS environment.

CWA Administration Console

Allows you to configure Communication Web Access (CWA) server for your OCS 2007 R2 organization.

Group Chat Administrator Console

Allows you to configure Group Chat settings for your OCS 2007 R2 organization.

Right-click a server and select Resolve | Launch <tool name>.

Native tools for BlackBerry

The following table identifies the specific management tools available for your BlackBerry servers:

BlackBerry Manager

Allows you to manage and configure your BlackBerry devices to receive messages.

BlackBerry Server Configuration

Allows you to inspect and modify BlackBerry configurations.

BlackBerry Administration Service

Allows you to manage BlackBerry Servers, users and roles from the web.

Right-click a server and select Resolve | Launch <tool name>.

Launching the Diagnostic Console from the Management Console

You can use the Diagnostics Console plug-ins to diagnose your servers. The Diagnostics Console allows you to further diagnose and resolve issues for individual servers within your organization.

Right-click a server and select Diagnose | Launch Diagnostic Console.

You can access diagnostic consoles for all versions of Exchange, for BlackBerry, for OCS 2007 and 2007 R2, and for Lync 2013 and Skype for Business 2015.

Launching UC Analytics from the Management Console

Another product in the Unified Communications Command Suite, UC Analytics provides dynamic interactive analytics to unlock the business intelligence trapped in your most widely-used corporate communication assets. Predefined and customized insights provide a simple way to:

UC Analytics unlocks the business intelligence in your corporate messaging system to enable better business decisions. If you have installed the UC Analytics web site, you can launch the Analytics web site from the Management Console.

For example, http://<ServerName>/Analytics/
