What is the best way to hold/lock/suspend a CSR as an administrator? Basically, our government team wants to be able to prevent further work on a CSR if they see something going on that could put our environment at risk.
Even as an admin, this feature is not available in STAT. The only way to do this would be to make changes to user rights
