Applying Standard Oracle EBiz patch raise an error using STAT. This is a Standard Annual 1099 patch. The error from Stat OA log:
FAILED: file XDOLoader.class on worker 1 for product xdo username XDO.
Applying the patch outside of STAT manually it installed just fine, no errors.
Causa

Undeterminated. Maybe some XDOLoader conflict with something in the customer Ebiz environment.
Resolución

Workaround:
In the OA start file invert the order of the CLASSPATH. For example, replace:
CLASSPATH=$file:$CLASSPATH
to
CLASSPATH=$CLASSPATH:$file
Note: This happens just for this patch 26743671 for a specific customer.
