"C:\ProgramData\Stat 5.8.0" is the default windows directory by which Stat or any software will store data by a standard installation. It will be identified by the variable %systemdrive% drive in Windows operating systems.
Microsoft itself recommend that you do not change the location of the user profile directories or program data folders.
