It is possible to change the default time to refresh ?

Press F5
RESOLUTION 2
Click the refresh icon the main toolbar
Note: You can also change the default time to refresh by going to View | Options | Data Collection | Data refresh dates.
There you can change the "collect data at the following rate when is being displayed" to a lower value if needed.
