mismatch and/or wrong Oracle versions for the binaries and/or libraries installed.
RESOLUTION 1:
Re-install Shareplex
RESOLUTION 2:
Make sure that there is no version mismatch by checking the cksum of sp_ocap, sp_tconf.
Example:
cksum sp_ocap
cksum sp_tconf
Oracle 10g does not check for log_parallelism value, this param has been made obsolete in 10g
