Overview
An error message implies a timeout where the process did not communicate for an extended period of time. PST file fails mostly due to Filter, Deduplication, or ingestion into Office 365
Details
This message can occur for a number of reasons. The message occurs when there is a period of 10 minutes where a process did not update the service with its status. It is possible that this occurs due to temporary environmental conditions and reprocessing the file may result in a successful second attempt. It is recommended that on an initial occurrence, you attempt to reprocess a file. Common occurrences with many files that reprocess successfully on consecutive attempts may imply a resource constraint on the PST Flight Deck (FD) server.
In some versions of FD, an initial instance of this error will result in locking of system resources, and cause consecutively processed files to fail until the resource lock is cleared.
