Summary
In Settings -> Environment -> Advanced, can be found “Upload Monitor” section which is showing “Disk space threshold”
Disk space threshold:
On – If the disk space is set to “Limited” or “Off”, you need to free up the space under set value (in this case 70%) to get the full speed of upload again.
Limited – Filling disk space to set percent (in this case 85%) will limit Concurrent Uploads and Maximum Upload Size to set value.Off – Filling disk space to set percent (in this case 95%) will limit BITS upload to 1Kbit/s.Once the FREE SPACE on disk is reached again as “ON state” , then the Concurrent Uploads and Maximum Upload Size is set back to “ON” values.Individual threshold settings for Concurrent Uploads and Maximum Upload Size are set per location and can be found in Settings -> Location -> Edit
