On Demand Migration, Mail migrates the following content:
- Mail
- Calendar
- Contacts
- Notes
- Tasks
- Recoverable items, except Audits.
ODM migrates from all the folders containing these types of content.
ODM is not able to migrate mail enabled contacts.
