The "Immediate" schedule set and the "Default Advance Backup Options" set missing after upgrading to 13.1 in a non-English installation

After upgrading to or a new installation of NetVault 13.1, the "Immediate" schedule set and the "Default Advance Backup Options" set no longer appears when creating a new backup job or from Manage set in a non-English environment. Jobs that previously uses those sets no longer work as expected. It either defaults to a different set and exhibits different behavior than expected. When trying to edit the job from Job Definition, set information are blank or incorrect. 

The "Immediate" Schedule set and the "Default Advance Backup Options" Advanced Options set are incorrectly use by the CDP backup flow and no longer not available for normal backup in a non-English installation with NetVault 13.1. Jobs that previously uses those sets will use a different set.

This issue will be address in NV-3191

Workaround:
In case where the CDP has not created the actual setname(this happens when Continuous Backup job workflow has not been access), the "Immediate" Schedule set and the "Default Advance Backup Options" Advanced Options set can be manually recreated and will repopulate it for jobs that uses those sets.

Steps to recreate the sets:
1. Go to Create Backup Job
2. In Schedule, click New
3. It should default to Immediate as the Schedule Type, enter the localize equivalent of "Immediate" in the Set Name field and click on Save
4. In Advance Option, click New, it should contain the default advance backup options be default. Enter the localize equivalent of "Default Advance Backup Options" and click on Save.
