Secondary Copy fails or hangs.
The following may be seen in Logs.
"Background 2015/06/08 08:17:29 348 Data Plugin BACKUP2 MSDataCopy Master: Throttling slave instances reached limit [0]
Job Message 2015/06/08 08:17:29 348 Media (Library) Drive 'DRIVE 3:' has completed its transfer
Background 2015/06/08 08:17:30 348 Data Plugin MSDataCopy Slave [6894]: Shutting down ..."
At which point the Job 'Hangs/Stalls" until Aborted by User.

WORKAROUND
Confirm "Maximum Streams for Data Copy" is set.
