(BT-ReACL) Result code: 2 ReACL failed System.FormatException: SID map file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Binary Tree\ADPro Agent\map.usr' must contain at least one entry
Diagnostics
Open SQL Management Studio
Select NetBIOSName,EntryType,SourceSAMAccountName,TargetNetBIOSName,TargetSAMAccountName,ObjectSID,TargetObjectSID,TargetDirectoryID,UserPrincipalName,TargetUserPrincipalName from Bt_Person Where DisplayName = 'DisplayName of Source User'
If any of the above attributes are empty or null, then this is why the users are not pulling into your map file.
The SID map file is generated during the synchronization phase using Directory Sync Pro for Active Directory.
ReACL relies on this map file to update file system and profile permissions on devices being migrated.
Before ReACL can occur, the source Users and Groups which have permissions set on the Computer must be migrated to the target.
At least one group must be migrated to populate the map.gg file or the ReACL process will fail.
At least one user must be migrated to populate the map.usr file or the ReACL process will fail.
Possible cause
This could be caused by a missing DNS Reverse Lookup Zone for the Domain.
The source DC needs to resolve the target DC via reverse DNS lookup.
Resolution
Create a DNS Reverse lookup zone for the Domain and run another sync.
