The Migration window does not appear when clicking Migrate to begin migrating user data (4379980)

After a fresh installation, and configuration of Quest Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE), attempting to begin migration of a user/collection of mailboxes, does not open / pop up the Migration Wizard (MigAppwiz.exe). 

Manually attempting to open the MigAppwiz.exe from the default installation location of %Program filex(x86)\Quest\Migrator for Notes to Exchange\  (Must have "Show hidden items" enabled) also fails to open the migration wizard.

The Migrator for Notes to Exchange Admin server has an unsupported bitness installation of Microsoft Outlook.
Per System Requirements, all versions to date support only Microsoft Outlook 32bit installations.

1.  Uninstall Microsoft Office 64bit, and install the supported 32bit equivalent  
   Currently MNE 4.17 supports only 32bit versions of Microsoft Outlook 2024, 2021, 2019, or 2016
