Causa
This error is likely to occur in the scenarios where user objects are synchronized directly from the source on-premise directory to Office 365 with a third-party tool (like AADConect). No Quest Directory Synhronization Agent (DSA) is used for on-premise to on-premise synchronization and Quest Directory Migration Agent (DMA) is used to only match objects between source on-premise and target Office 365.
If in such scenario the Active Directory to Office 365 template is selected instead of Empty Active Directory to Office 365 template in the properties of the domain pair and Mail Redirection is not set for this domain pair the above error occurs.

Resolución
To resolve the issue:
1) Select Empty Active Directory to Office 365 template in the properties of the DMA domain pair.
2) Set Mail Redirection for the domain pair.
3) Repeat an Undo switch.
