Descripción
Enable ForceEncryption on QUESTRMAD database. Is this feature supported by QUEST? Are there any concerns that would impact functionality of the product if this feature is enabled.
SQL Server Configuration Manager, SQL Server Network Configuration, right-click Protocols for <server >, select Properties. >Flags tab, in the ForceEncryption box, select YES, click OK to close the dialog box. Restart SQL Server service.

Resolución
Encrypted TLS connections to the SQL Server were not officially tested in RMAD.
An enhancement created for this, Product Backlog Item 567694: "Test support for SQL Server encrypted connections (ForceEncryption)".
However, encrypted connections must be transparent to the client, so assuming that RMAD server trusts the SQL Server's certificate, not expect any issues here.
