ER to remove / hide extra column placeholder in the Object Explorer, which is always present.
In Object Explorer (dropdown view), there is an extra empty column placeholder which is always present, even if additional columns are added (for row count, etc.). This placeholder is a nuisance in that it does not automatically move to the right so that the complete names of the database objects (stored procs, etc.) can be seen. The user has to grab the column and move it to the right.
