To transfer or move a license key from one computer to another computer, you simply use the same license key set you have now (both ‘License Key’ and ‘Site Message’ are needed) on the new computer. As for the old computer, you can either un-install Toad or ensure no one else will use Toad on that old machine.

here. If you need a lower or other versions, you can change the version via the version drop-down box.
Note: Toad for DB2 6.0 and higher now requires a separate or standalone IBM DB2 Client software. The 5.6 version still comes with a built-in IBM DB2 Client.
