During the calendar migration, reoccurring events are not migrated over but other calendar events are migrating over properly. Migrating into a PST file does not migrate the reoccurring events either.
In the log file, you see that GME is migrating the reoccurring events. You may also see the following error in the log file:
ERROR: Unable to create COM RRuleGuesser:
Error 80131700
1-Re-install Microsoft .NET 4 Framework on the GME migration server
2-Reboot GME server
3- Perform another migration
