Getting the below error message when running the Self-Service Desktop Migrator (SSDM):

The exception unknown software exception (0x0000417) occurred in the application at location 0x5f72f979.
Click on OK to terminate the program

Delete the corrupted email that causing the issue.
Please see below instruction:
- Go to START | Run
- Type in %temp%
- Locate/Open the notesdtapp log file using Notepad
- Go to the bottom of the logs
- Find the last email/calendar entries that SSDM tries to process but unable to due to corruption.
- You need to make sure that the email/calendar entry in question was 'permanently' deleted.
Once done, then run the Self-Service Desktop Migrator (SSDM).
