My Storage dashboard has an error message and does not display the agents or data.
“An error has occurred, please check your logs”
This is an interface problem and the dashboards are not synchronizing properly.
Please follow this process to resolve this issue:
(1) Deactivate all the storage agents. (do this from the Agent Status screen)
(2) Disable all the storage cars
(3) Restart Foglight
(4) Re-enable the cars 1 by 1, in this order, with a couple of seconds of wait in between each
a. SanHost
b. StorageCollector
c. StorageAgentMaster
d. SanNasListener
e. StorageIntelliprofile
f. StorageUI
g. All the other carts
(5) Refresh the browser.
(6) Re-activate all the storage agents.
(7) Refresh the browser
(8) See if the StorageUI looks good now.
