"You can only publish, unpublish documents in a minor version enabled list" error message (4272662)

Web parts are not migrated and the error message below is encountered:

Exception thrown: Server was unable to process request. ---> You can only publish, unpublish documents in a minor version enabled list

The issue occurs because the "Create major and minor (draft) versions" and "Require documents to be checked out before they can be edited" options are not enabled on the target list/library.

Upgrade to the latest version of Content Matrix, which may be downloaded here. Otherwise, you may perform the following steps:

1. Set Pages Library Versioning Settings to the following:
   
   
    
2. On the Content Matrix Console, copy the site/list and use the configuration below. NOTE: Make sure to enable the Advanced Mode on the Settings tab of the Content Matrix Console or on the job configuration window to see all the job configuration options.
