While installing or upgrading Archive Manager, you receive an error "Cannot generate SSPI context" when connecting to the SQL database using Windows Authentication.
The account used to run the SQL Service has had the password changed recently.
1. Open the properties of the SQL Server service and go to the 'Log On' tab.
2. Re-enter the password for the account running the service as the new password.
3. Click OK.
4. Restart the SQL Server service.
5. Run the Archive Manager setup again.
