How can I import data directly from a Microsoft SQL Server table?
This is not possible to do with Toad for Oracle. However, you can do this using Toad for Data Analysts. Toad for Data Analysts comes free with the purchase of Toad for Oracle and can be installed using the Toad for Oracle install.
