The Oracle back-end database crashes with the following errors, causing the Foglight server to fail to start up:
"ORA-01034: ORACLE not available"
"ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist"
Causa

The Oracle instance is not running.
Resolución

Startup the Oracle instance.
