I am trying to install JClass ServerViews and receiving a "Windows error 3 occurred while loading the Java VM". Please see the attached screenshot for the exact error. How do I install JClass?

Causa
This is a known issue with LaunchAnywhere launchers that shipped with InstallAnywhere 6. This problem seems to primarily occur with NoVM installers running on Windows systems with Java 1.5 installed, though it has been reported to also happen with other versions of Java (this is not reliably reproducible).

Resolución
The workaround for this problem would be to use the LAX_VM option to force the installer to run against a specific Java executable. The command would look as follows:
>install.exe LAX_VM
e.g.
install.exe LAX_VM "C:\j2sdk1.4.2\bin\java.exe" -
