Las computadoras cliente reciben el siguiente error al ejecutar Desktop Authority Client: "The Global Variable definition file is not correctly signed and will not be processed" (caché de servidor)
Causa

Una causa es que cuando Desktop Authority Client se ejecuta, primero se comunica con el ScriptLogic Service (en 7.x / 8.x) o con el Administrative Service (9.x). Durante ese proceso intentará usar un nombre de servidor en caché con el cual se haya conectado antes. Este servidor en caché puede que no sea el servidor correcto para conectarse debido a posibles cambios en el dominio
Resolución

Deshabilitar server caching
Desktop Authority 7.x/8.x

1. Expanda Deployment Options
2. Seleccione Server Manager
3. Seleccione Options
4. Seleccione Preferences Tab
5. Configure Site Map
6. Desmarcar Server Caching

Desktop Authority 9.x
1. Seleccione Deployment Settings
2. Seleccione Service Management
3. Seleccione Configure Site Map
4. Clic “Edit”
5. Desmarcar Server Caching
