How to configure the NetVault to use a tape drive serial numbers instead of a SCSI ids.
Note: This is Only for Linux operating systems, not supported on Windows

1. Stop the NetVault service.
2. Edit the NetVault/config/scsi.cfg file.
Default value is "FALSE"
Example:
[SCSI]
Use BTL naming=FALSE
Change to "Use BTL naming=TRUE"
3. Save the change
4. Restart the NetVault service
