All data we store is encrypted both at rest and in-transit, and each customer’s data is stored in isolation from other customer’s data. This is the most expensive way of handling the data, but we believe it is the best way in order to prevent any possibility of cross-customer contamination or leaks. All information is stored behind firewalls and on secure, private virtual networks within Azure, and access is very tightly controlled and audited. Our security has been independently verified and penetration tested by a 3rd party vendor, and we regularly put our code
through 3rd party security analysis testing.
