Unable to deploy OuSom, currently stuck in "Pending Deployment". Attempt to manually deploy results in: Compliance Error: The OuSom has an invalid sub-status of 'None'.
Resolution
1.) Note the GPOADmin ID of the affected OuSom objects.
2.) Opened ADSI Edit, and connected to the Configuration context on the server with the service account having the highest permissions for GPOADmin tasks.
3.) Initiated a query with the GPOADmin ID, opened the Properties window of the object, then in the attribute MonikerDisplayName clear ApprovalState=Edit|0
After this, the OuSoms will be available and can be deployed.
