“LogFile Utilization” alarms work if transaction log utilization is gradual, but does not fire if utilization is too quick.

for instances, they see a Warning alarm for >75% that would fire, but if there are long running transactions that suddenly use up all the space and gets 100%, no alarms are raised in Foglight.

None

STATUS
This issue was logged as defect FOG-5635 and has been fixed in the 7.1.0.10 and higher releases of the SQL Server cartridge.
